Since our foundation in Manchester in 1889 by Frederick John Ratchford, we have supplied some of the finest covering materials throughout the world. Now in our fifth generation, we are continuing to build upon the early foundations, and we endeavour to offer our customers, new and exciting products at competitive prices.

Welcome to FJ Ratchford Ltd.

Visitors are most welcome during office hours Monday to Friday 9-5pm (avoiding lunch time if possible) or at other times by appointment. Follow directions and you will be guided to our exact location, where we have a fully stocked show room, and Aladdin’s cave packed warehouse, where our wide selection of products can be perused at leisure. We offer off road parking, and are a short walk from Stockport main bus station, and approx 20 minutes from Stockport Train station, and straight off junction 1 M60 Motorway.

Our online payment process offers secure shopping through our secure payment gateway, and we do not retain any sensitive financial information on site. Credit card information is destroyed immediately after use. VAT is charged at today’s rate on all products (with the exceptions as set by HM Revenue/ Customs).
